The Pilot Theatre company have just started rehearsals
for 'Bloodtide', based on the novel by Melvin Burgess. The
play, which is directed and scripted by Marcus Romer,
will be performed at six venues in England between February
and April this year.
Pilot are a highly innovative theatre company, using a
lot of projection, sound and other technical innovations
in their productions.
Pilot were the winners of the Manchester Evening News Award
for best touring show and TMA and Equity Award nominated
best production for 'Lord of the Flies'. They also won the
Audiences Yorkshire award for most innovative use of new
technology 2003.
