The
Silver Sword
By

The Silver Sword is
based on a true story about a family trying to reunite after the
Second World War. My mum said it was really good, when I was looking
for something to read, and I've read it twice. I can't put a book
down once I get into it. I read Harry Potter and the Goblet of
Fire in two days. I've read The Lord of the Rings so it didn't
seem too long. This year I've also enjoyed Adeline Yen Mah's A
Chinese Cinderella (Puffin) - that's based on a true story too.
