Debi
started producing children books in 1976, then went to art
school in Edinburgh 1979-1984. She received a travelling
scholarship award to go to Milan, then freelanced from '84
onwards. She lives and works in Scotland, and her studio
is in a 13th century herb garden. She now has four children
and No Matter What is dedicated to them.
Debi
Gliori is the author/illustrator of many books for children
including Mr Bear, the winner of the Children's Book
Award. She
has also written books for older readers including Pure
Dead Magic and Pure Dead Wicked.
